HaysMac is delighted to have acted as Reporting Accountants for the FinTech firm, Fiinu PLC, in their acquisition of Everfex P.S.A, a Polish FX brokerage firm, and their re-admission onto AIM.
The total aggregate consideration for the acquisition is £12.0 million, with an initial £8.0 million to be paid via the issuing of 80,000,000 new ordinary shares, and an additional £4.0 million as deferred consideration.
Additionally, Fiinu PLC completed a supplementary fundraise of £801,000 through the issuance of 8,010,000 new shares upon re-admission.
