Following the successful implementation of our new Management Team and Leadership Board structure in July 2022, the Firm is more forward-looking than ever. Our new management structure has supported the alignment of our growth, strategies, and goals to the creation of our new Mission Statement – which outlines the right people, the right clients, the right way – and is now an embodiment of our values and the development of our people.

Our new management structure with the Management Team and Leadership Board came into effect on 1 July 2022 after a review of our firm structure and its effectiveness. The review was performed to ensure that the firm has the appropriate infrastructure to support further growth, our strategies and goals.

There is no question that the last 12 months of COVID-19 has thrown up unprecedented challenges and circumstances which have needed us to respond effectively and quickly, whilst maintaining our core values, purpose and continuing with our strategic objectives.

The onset of the COVID-19 pandemic and the subsequent lockdown in March brought about many challenges for us all. The health and safety of all partners and staff was paramount and remains so as we contemplate a return to working from our office and client premises.
