HaysMac is pleased to announce the promotion of Sarah Redstone and Tim Walford-Fitzgerald to Partner, further strengthening the firm’s leadership across two key growth areas: Property and Private Client and Trusts.
The promotions reflect HaysMac’s continued investment in specialist expertise and its commitment to helping clients navigate an increasingly complex business and regulatory environment. Both Sarah and Tim have played an important role in the growth of their respective teams, building trusted relationships with clients and helping expand the firm’s capabilities in strategic markets.
Sarah will become a Partner in HaysMac’s Property Team, working with property investors and developers across the sector. Since joining the firm in 2025, she has become a trusted advisor to clients, helping strengthen HaysMac’s position in the market through her technical expertise, commercial insight and relationship-led approach. She works closely with clients to navigate challenges, unlock opportunities and achieve their long-term ambitions.

Tim will join HaysMac’s Private Client & Trusts leadership team, advising individuals, families and business owners on complex personal and financial matters. His expertise spans succession planning, wealth structuring and responding to regulatory change, helping clients make confident decisions for the future. Since joining HaysMac in 2025, Tim has played an important role in expanding the firm’s Private Client & Trusts offering, helping clients navigate increasingly complex personal, financial and regulatory considerations.
