HaysMac has been named one of The Sunday Times ‘Best Places to Work’ in the Big Organisation category for the third consecutive year, recognising the strength and consistency of its culture.
Compiled in partnership with WorkL, the list is driven entirely by employee feedback, measuring what really matters to people at work, from leadership and engagement to wellbeing and reward.
This year, HaysMac received an ‘excellent’ rating across all themes, from wellbeing and job satisfaction to feeling empowered and informed. With an 84% engagement score and 83% confidence in management, the results reflect a culture that is genuinely lived day to day.
At the heart of this is a firm that combines high-quality, partner-led work with an environment where people feel trusted, supported and able to do their best work, without losing sight of what matters outside of it.
Feedback from this year’s survey highlights a highly engaged and stable workforce, alongside strong confidence in leadership and direction, a clear signal that the firm’s culture is not only well established but continues to resonate.
Participation increased again this year, providing a broad and representative view across the firm and further strengthening the credibility of the results.
This recognition reflects HaysMac’s ongoing focus on building a culture that is ambitious, collaborative and genuinely people-first, underpinned by continued investment in development and progression, and creating opportunities for individuals to grow and succeed over the long term.
Natasha Frangos, Managing Partner at HaysMac, said: “Being recognised as one of The Sunday Times ‘Best Places to Work’ for a third year running means a huge amount to us, because it comes directly from our people. We’ve worked hard to build a culture that feels genuinely supportive, ambitious and inclusive, where people are trusted to do great work and given the opportunity to grow their careers in a meaningful way. That consistency and confidence in our people is what underpins the quality of service we deliver to our clients. Achieving results that are consistently above industry benchmarks reflects that culture in action. We’re proud of what we’ve built, but just as importantly, we’re always looking at how we can continue to evolve it.”
This announcement follows an exceptional 12 months for HaysMac. The firm was named ‘DEI Champion of the Year’ at the Lloyds British Business Excellence Awards and included in eprivateclient’s ‘Top Accountancy Firms’ for 2025, which ranks the UK’s leading tax advisory firms serving domestic and international private clients, their businesses and families.
In January 2026, HaysMac celebrated its 25th anniversary, marking a quarter century of delivering exceptional service, fostering talent, and making a lasting impact across the business and social purpose community. This milestone year also saw the strategic acquisition of corporate finance firm Green Square, further strengthening HaysMac’s deal advisory capabilities. Alongside this, the firm acquired Moore DM’s US Tax team, enhancing its international tax compliance offering and Private Client Tax expertise to provide seamless cross-border support.
