Lotte is also deeply committed to mentoring talent and driving forward an inclusive and supportive working culture.

With a strong background in audit, Jackson combines technical expertise with a deep understanding of the unique challenges faced by professional institutes and membership bodies, independent schools and arts and culture focused organisations, from regulatory compliance to strategic growth.
Jackson brings a blend of technical excellence, commercial awareness, and a genuine passion for purpose-driven work. Jackson is a valued advisor to boards and leadership teams, offering insight that balances both strategic vision and operational detail.
