The appointment represents a deliberate step for HaysMac as the firm continues to invest in how it grows, how it shows up in the market and how it supports clients. As HaysMac expands its services and deepens its sector and market focus, ensuring clarity, consistency and intent across the firm’s brand, marketing and business development has become increasingly central to its strategy.
