HaysMac is pleased to announce the promotion of Dom Noakes and Jon Maddison to Partner, effective 1 April 2026. Their promotions reflect the firm’s ongoing investment in its people and its commitment to developing exceptional talent from within.
Dom joined HaysMac in 2016 as a Qualified Senior and has since played a central role in the growth of the Business Support team. Over the past decade, he has built a diverse client portfolio spanning startups, scaleups and complex international groups, with a particular focus on the wider Creative, Media and Technology (CMT) sector.
A highly respected and supportive leader, Dom is known for empowering teams and nurturing emerging talent. Dom has also been instrumental in shaping the firm’s approach to supporting high-growth, VC-backed businesses as Head of Technology, combining outsourced finance with broader advisory and digital transformation initiatives. As Partner, he will continue to develop the Business Support offering and lead the growth of the Technology sector, with a focus on scalable delivery, ecosystem relationships and innovation across the firm.
Speaking of his promotion, Dom said, “I’m thrilled to be promoted to Partner. HaysMac has given me the space to grow, lead and build something meaningful, for our clients and our people. I’m looking forward to continuing to develop our Business Support offering and expanding our work with technology businesses as they scale.”
As Dom steps into his new role, Jon brings a complementary trajectory of his own. Jon joined the firm in 2015 straight from university, qualifying as a Chartered Accountant in 2018 before becoming a Director RI in 2023. Over the past decade, he has developed a strong reputation for handling some of the firm’s most technically demanding audit engagements, including listed entities and large, multi-entity groups, where clarity, rigour and high quality reporting are essential.
Widely respected in Equity Capital Markets and the Industrials and Manufacturing sectors, Jon brings a blend of technical depth and leadership strength to some of HaysMac’s most complex engagements. He is known for cultivating high performing teams and for his strong commitment to mentoring the firm’s rising talent. Jon was also instrumental in launching and growing HaysMac’s Independent Non-Executive Club, now a well regarded platform where non-executive leaders connect, collaborate and engage with emerging governance themes.
As Partner, he will help shape the future of the firm’s audit offering, strengthening its listed market footprint while continuing to champion quality, innovation and the development of future leaders.
Jon Maddison added, “Becoming a Partner at HaysMac is a milestone I’m incredibly proud of. The firm has invested in me from day one, and it’s been a privilege to contribute to its growth. I look forward to strengthening our work in the Equity Capital Markets and Industrials and Manufacturing areas, while continuing to help develop the future leaders of the firm.”
Natasha Frangos, Managing Partner at HaysMac, commented, “Dom and Jon embody the very best of HaysMac: ambitious, grounded and committed to delivering exceptional client service while supporting those around them. Their promotions show the strength of our homegrown talent and our ongoing investment in developing people who challenge the status quo and drive the firm forward. What they’ve achieved so far is incredibly impressive and I am excited for what they’ll bring to the partnership.”
Dom and Jon’s promotions reflect HaysMac’s continued focus on nurturing its people, developing future leaders and delivering high quality, specialist advice grounded in deep sector knowledge. As financial complexity continues to evolve, HaysMac remains committed to developing experts who combine technical excellence with the care and curiosity the firm is known for.
This announcement follows an exceptional 12 months for HaysMac. Most recently, the firm was named ‘DEI Champion of the Year’ at the Lloyds British Business Excellence Awards, recognised for the second consecutive year as one of The Sunday Times ‘Best Places to Work 2025 – Big Organisation’, and highly commended in the ‘Best Places to Work for Women’ category. These achievements build on HaysMac’s inclusion in eprivateclient’s ‘Top Accountancy Firms’ for 2025, ranking the leading UK tax advisory firms serving domestic and international private clients, their businesses, and families.
In January 2026, HaysMac celebrated its 25th anniversary, marking a quarter century of delivering exceptional service, fostering talent, and making a lasting impact across the business and social purpose community. This milestone year also saw the acquisition of Moore DM’s US Tax team, strengthening the firm’s international tax compliance offering and enhancing its Private Client Tax team to provide seamless cross-border support for entrepreneurs, business owners, and high net worth individuals.
