HaysMac, the award-winning accountancy, tax and advisory firm, is pleased to announce the appointment of Sandeep Sharma as Director in its Risk Assurance and Advisory Services (RAAS) team.
Sandeep joins HaysMac as a senior leader with over 20 years’ experience across consulting and industry, specialising in technology risk, cyber security and operational resilience. Having held senior management and leadership positions at Deloitte and PwC, and most recently serving as a Director at Forvis Mazars, Sandeep has a strong track record of developing cyber security capabilities, including building and leading specialist penetration testing and offensive security services. He has advised organisations across multiple sectors, helping leadership teams strengthen resilience, manage complex risks and navigate an evolving threat landscape.
His appointment comes at a time when organisations are facing mounting challenges across an increasingly complex business environment. Rapid technological advancement, evolving regulation, increasing stakeholder expectations and the growing adoption of AI are reshaping how businesses operate, manage risk and build resilience. As a result, organisations are seeking more strategic, integrated advice to help them respond confidently to change while continuing to pursue growth.
