Spiritus Mundi plc (Spiritus Mundi) announces its successful admission to trading on the London Stock Exchange’s Main Market.

haysmacintyre was delighted to act as reporting accountant on Spiritus Mundi’s successful admission to the Main Market, where it was valued at £3m.

Spiritus Mundi was established in 2021 as a special purpose acquisition vehicle which will seek acquisition targets in Europe and Asia in the clinical diagnostics sector. The admission to the Main Market will support Spritus Mundi’s future aim of acquiring businesses to generate attractive returns for their shareholders.
