HaysMac’s Managing Partner Natasha Frangos named in INvolve’s Empower Role Model List 2026

21 Jul 2026

Natasha Frangos, Managing Partner at HaysMac, has been recognised in the 2026 INvolve Empower Role Model List, celebrating senior leaders who are championing inclusion and creating pathways to success for ethnically diverse talent.

The annual INvolve Role Model Lists, supported by YouTube, recognise business leaders, future leaders and advocates who are driving meaningful change and helping to create more inclusive workplaces. The Empower Lists specifically shine a light on individuals who are working to remove barriers and improve representation for people of colour in business.

This is Natasha’s second inclusion in the list, having first been recognised in 2024, reflecting her continued commitment to driving lasting change and creating more inclusive workplaces.

Natasha’s inclusion reflects her longstanding commitment to embedding diversity, equity and inclusion into HaysMac’s culture, governance and people strategy. As Executive Sponsor of the firm’s DEI agenda, she has championed initiatives focused on representation, social mobility and inclusive leadership, while ensuring inclusion remains a core business priority. Over the past two years, she has led HaysMac’s partnership with DEI consultancy FAIRER and overseen the development of the firm’s DEI strategy. She has also championed programmes including Access Accountancy and RISE, helping to widen access to the profession for young people from ethnically diverse and lower socio-economic backgrounds. Beyond HaysMac, she continues to advocate for greater representation and equity across business through speaking engagements, panel discussions and thought leadership.

Natasha said: “I am incredibly honoured to be included in the INvolve Empower Role Model List 2026. Throughout my career, I have seen first-hand the positive impact that diverse perspectives, inclusive cultures and equitable opportunities can have on both individuals and organisations.

As the daughter of immigrants and one of only a small number of female Managing Partners within the UK’s Top 100 accountancy firms, I understand the importance of visibility, representation and creating environments where people feel they belong. Creating truly inclusive workplaces requires continued commitment, honest conversations and sustained action.

This recognition reflects the collective efforts of colleagues across HaysMac who are committed to building a culture where everyone can thrive and achieve their full potential. I am proud to work alongside people who are committed to opening doors, nurturing talent and helping others realise their potential.”

Founder & CEO of INvolve, Suki Sandhu OBE, said: “I’m so thrilled to be celebrating this global group of trailblazing Executives, Future Leaders and Advocates for people of color in business. All the individuals within these lists are championing inclusion and leveraging their expertise and knowledge to drive impactful initiatives and strategic change within their organizations. It’s vital that people of color across global organizations can succeed and achieve career success, and these Role Models are essential drivers of change who are smashing barriers to progress. We could not effect change without them leading the way.”

This recognition comes amid a period of continued growth and external recognition for HaysMac. Most recently, the firm was recognised for the third consecutive year as one of The Sunday Times ‘Best Places to Work 2026 – Big Organisation’ and named ‘DEI Champion of the Year’ at the Lloyds British Business Excellence Awards, reflecting its longstanding commitment to creating an inclusive and supportive workplace.

In January 2026, HaysMac celebrated its  25th anniversary, marking a quarter century of supporting ambitious businesses, entrepreneurs and social purpose organisations.  This milestone year also saw the strategic acquisition of corporate finance firm Green Square, further strengthening HaysMac’s deal advisory capabilities. Alongside this, the firm acquired Moore DM’s US Tax team, further strengthening the firm’s advisory capabilities and international offering.

Natasha’s inclusion in the INvolve Empower Role Model List 2026 reinforces HaysMac’s commitment to creating opportunities for all and reflects the firm’s belief that diverse perspectives drive stronger businesses, better decision-making and more sustainable success.
