Update: Delay to Mandatory payrolling of BiKs
HMRC have announced a welcome delay to the implementation of the mandatory payrolling of benefits until April 2027. The announcement recognises the number of technical challenges which need to be addressed. The delay provides the opportunity for employers to review how they can prepare for April 2027 and using the time allowed to plan for this significant change to reporting benefits in kind.
