HaysMac supported Lomond on its recent acquisition of Liverpool based firm, City Residential, a local letting and estate agent.

Lomond is one of the UK’s leading networks of lettings and sales agents. The deal is the latest in a series of strategic acquisitions as the firm strengthens its national coverage, whilst ensuring local expertise through the addition of high-quality regional businesses.

HaysMac provided Financial and Tax Due Diligence advice with the team led by Jack Beard, Director and assisted by Mo Ijaz, Assistant Manager.
