HaysMac, the award-winning accountancy, tax and advisory firm, has appointed Kiran Jain as Transfer Pricing Director within its Tax team, further strengthening the firm’s transfer pricing capabilities and enhancing its support for clients operating across international markets.
Kiran joins HaysMac with extensive experience in international tax and transfer pricing, having advised multinational businesses through growth, transformation and increasingly complex cross-border tax challenges. Throughout his career, he has worked closely with organisations on business restructurings, operating model design, value chain transformation and transfer pricing risk management, helping them navigate evolving regulatory requirements while supporting their wider commercial objectives.
Kiran brings a wealth of experience gained across both Big Four firm and in-house environments. After advising multinational groups on a wide range of transfer pricing and international tax matters, he went on to lead transfer pricing across Nissan’s European operations. This blend of advisory and industry experience provides him with a unique perspective on the opportunities and challenges facing businesses operating across multiple jurisdictions, enabling him to deliver practical solutions that balance technical requirements with commercial priorities.
Throughout his career, Kiran has helped organisations navigate a broad range of transfer pricing and international tax issues, ranging from operating model transformation and complex cross-border restructuring projects to compliance, documentation, and dispute resolution. Having worked with businesses across multiple sectors and jurisdictions, he brings a practical, commercially focused approach to helping clients manage risk, respond to regulatory change and support their international growth ambitions.
Commenting on his appointment, Kiran said: “I’m delighted to be joining HaysMac to help further develop its Transfer Pricing offering at a time when transfer pricing continues to be one of the most important and rapidly evolving areas for business and tax leaders around the world. Drawing on both my consulting and in-house experience, I look forward to working closely with clients to deliver practical, commercially focused solutions that help them achieve their strategic objectives while managing risk. I’m excited to contribute to the firm’s continued growth journey and to be part of a team that shares my commitment to delivering exceptional client service.”
Natasha Frangos, Managing Partner at HaysMac, added: “”We are delighted to welcome Kiran to HaysMac. As our client base is becoming increasingly international, it is critical that we evolve our expertise to cater to those requirements. Transfer pricing has become a critical consideration for businesses operating internationally, and Kiran brings exceptional experience advising multinational organisations through periods of growth, transformation and regulatory change. Following HaysMac’s acquisition of the Moore DM US Tax team in February 2026 and the continued expansion of our International Tax practice, Kiran’s appointment represents another important step in strengthening our international capabilities. His expertise further enhances our ability to provide joined-up, cross-border advice and reflects our ongoing investment in supporting clients with increasingly complex international tax and transfer pricing needs.”
This announcement follows an exceptional 12 months for HaysMac. Most recently, the firm was recognised for the third consecutive year as one of The Sunday Times ‘Best Places to Work 2026 – Big Organisation’ and named ‘DEI Champion of the Year’ at the Lloyds British Business Excellence Awards,. These achievements build on HaysMac’s inclusion in eprivateclient’s ‘Top Accountancy Firms’ for 2025, ranking the leading UK tax advisory firms serving domestic and international private clients, their businesses, and families.
In January 2026, HaysMac celebrated its 25th anniversary, marking a quarter century of delivering exceptional service, fostering talent, and making a lasting impact across the business and social purpose community. This milestone year also saw the strategic acquisition of corporate finance firm Green Square, further strengthening HaysMac’s deal advisory capabilities. Alongside this, the firm acquired Moore DM’s US Tax team, enhancing its international tax compliance offering and Private Client Tax expertise to provide seamless cross-border support.
