Chaired by Nicky Dockree, our fantastic panellists Joanna Jensen, Grace Graham, and Natasha Frangos shared their journeys, insights, and practical advice on leadership, confidence, and supporting one another to succeed.
The event captured some truly standout moments, from honest reflections and powerful personal stories to practical ideas for how we can all help create workplaces where women thrive.
International Women’s Day is a special moment to celebrate, but the conversation around gender equity is one we should continue all year round. And that’s why we’ve recently launched ConnectHer, a new initiative designed to bring together women – and the allies who actively support them – across finance and the female founder community.
