i(x) Net Zero PLC announces its successful placing of £10.7m and admission to trading on AIM.
haysmacintyre was delighted to act as reporting accountant on i(x) Net Zero’s successful admission to AIM, where it raised £10.7m through the placing, subscription and PrimaryBid offer of, in aggregate, 14,056,811 ordinary shares.
i(x) Net Zero is an investing company which focuses on Energy Transition and Sustainability in the Built Environment.
