In a recent profile by Corporate Financier magazine, Laura Mott, Partner and Co-Head of our Transaction Advisory Services (TAS) team, shared her insights on haysmacintyre’s workplace culture and how this supports our teams internally, but also positions us to provide our clients with a best in class service.
Our people are one of the core pillars of our firm and we are a firm that continually invests in its staff, equipping them with the right skills, to work with the right clients, in the right way.
Laura said: “haysmacintyre’s culture was and still is about team effort and collaboration across various service lines, with a real focus on people. That was what I was looking for as a graduate and, having now been through several levels of the firm, I see those things really are our core strengths.”
Since joining the firm as a graduate, Laura became partner within 10 years and has jointly overseen the growth of the TAS team. With the firm’s commitment to investing in our people and recognising early talent, the team will be taking on an intern for the first time in 2024. This approach is integral to staff development – Laura says: “In our engagements there is a lot of handholding, and the partner will be involved from start to finish. We want our more junior staff to learn from the experience of working with them.”
This focus on a supportive working environment and our commitment to a positive work-life balance for all underlines the firm’s dedication to both client success and employee well-being, setting a standard for adaptability whilst delivering the service that our clients come to expect of us.
