Our Property Breakfast Club is back for 2026, and we’re delighted to invite you to join us for our first event of the year, taking place on Wednesday 4 February, in the heart of the City of London, Coq d’Argent.
We are excited to be joined by John Wyn-Evans, Head of Market Analysis at Rathbones, who will be talking about his thoughts on the property sector, together with the rationale for their thinking from the wider economic conditions. Please join us for a fantastic morning of breakfast and networking in the company of peers from the property industry.

As our group has continued to grow to now an amazing 100+ members, it understandably takes us a little longer to get everyone seated, and we appreciate many of you have to rush off after the event. We have therefore made the decision to bring the event forward by 15 minutes, commencing at 8.15am (rather than the previous time of 8.30am). If you wish to take full advantage of the pre-breakfast networking, please join us from 8.15am.
